I work with a print-on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can process it most efficiently based on your location. This helps ensure faster delivery times and reduce shipping distances.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please follow these steps before contacting us:

2. Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.
3. Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.

I will investigate and provide a resolution. If there was a mistake in the delivery address, I can send you a replacement, but shipping will be at your own cost.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at jalisadiggs-taylor@poebae.com. We can update your address if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to make changes to the delivery address.
Currently, we are able to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the U.S. Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate address to avoid any delays in delivery.
Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Bulkier shipments are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by you. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment with an updated address. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package if it was unclaimed at customs, returned, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Absolutely! I donate 10.25% of the proceeds from each sale to various charitable causes of your choice each month. Additionally, 25% of monthly sales goes towards the foundation I am starting in honor of my dad who passed away in 2012 from a rare squamous cell carcinoma. I am also looking to send care packages to those battling mental health issues and chronic pain and fatigue with conditions like Fibromyalgia.
